18 November 2003:
A new version of MAID is available: MAID2003
-  new parametrization of helicity amplitudes A1/2, A3/2, S1/2 as functions of Q^2
-  the resonance parameters are now proportional to the A1/2, A3/2, S1/2 amplitudes 
   and not to E, M and S multipoles as in MAID2000!
-  new vector meson parameters and a new parameter for PS-PV mixing

Error detected in module Response, for target-recoil polarization transfer:
the response functions: RTx'x, RTx'z, RTz'x, RTz'z and RTtx, RTtz, RTlx, RTlz
have changed due to an error in the coordinate frame rotations.
